Specifications for Aluminum Service Bodies
Each service body is fabricated in Parksville, BC and are built custom for customers all over Canada.
Standard Truck Body Specs:
- Frame and Main Body are formed with 5"x3"x1/4" aluminum channels,
- X-members: 3" structural aluminum channel on 12" centers,
- 100% Marine grade aluminum,
- 2x6 T & G fir decking,
- L.E.D. Lighting,
- Bumpers and fenders are built with 1/4" formed aluminim mill plate,
- Stainless steel door hardware is used,
- Automotive urethane primer and paint are used,
- We use solid tig welds throughout the service bodies,
- Exterior flood lights are used,
- Each service body includes one 50' air hose reel,
- 3" aluminum deck rail with bright anodized HSA are installed for top saftey,
- A locking doghouse with vents and an interior light is included,
- Oxy acetylene bottle holders hold your bottles securely in place,
- An independant steel crane mount is bolted securely onto the frame,
- and each service body comes with a 2 year warranty.
Included Cabinet Specifications:
- Cabinet main bodies and their shelvings are built with 1/8" aluminum mill plate,
- Cabinet doors are fabricated using 5/32" aluminum mill plate,
- Cabinets are weather proofed using an automotive seal,
- Stainless steel door hardware is used,
- Cabinet doors use locking stainless steel T-handles,
- Aluminum drip rails are mounted above the cabinet doors,
- Shelving and cabinet accessories are huck-bolted in,
- Cabinets feature adjustable shelving,
- Decorative checker plates are used
- One roll-out tray is installed on heavy duty zinc sliders
- Interior dome lights are installed,
